Our goal is to become a leading biotechnology company in the discovery, development and commercialization of novel prognostic products for the global healthcare market. We seek corporate partnerships, strategic alliances and research collaborations with parties, who will add value to our research and development, financial or commercialization capabilities. To help us achieve our goal, we have adopted the following strategies:

1. Advance and expand our current product pipeline. We are seeking to leverage our scientific expertise and product pipeline with strategic partners to optimize the time to market for our product candidates, while taking deliberate steps to increase the probability of product approvals.

a. We are looking to license certain unannounced product candidates to an established diagnostics player who can develop assays for automated platforms
b. We seek a partner within point of care testing in order to commercialize further very attractive product candidates
