What exactly does the suPAR test measure?

The suPAR test measures soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR) levels in the blood – a biomarker reflecting chronic immune activation and inflammation. Our proprietary test, suPARnostic®, delivers a precise assessment that can be interpreted as biological age and rate of aging, making it especially valuable for initiating and monitoring the effects of longevity-focused and preventive health strategies.

Who is eligible to participate in the free trial?

Clinics focused on longevity, aesthetic medicine, functional medicine, or preventive healthcare are welcome to apply. You need to have a doctor employed at your clinic, and a centrifuge at hand (read below under “What does participation involve?”). Participation is limited to a select number of clinics, subject to an evaluation of applications. The campaign is currently limited to clinics within the EU, but we encourage you to reach out regardless of your location, and then we’ll make to make you aware of future campaigns in your area.

I’m already sending samples to a local lab – can they do the suPAR test?

Of course! They might already know suPARnostic® or they might be new to us. In any case, if you wish to have the measurements conducted at your local laboratory partner, let us know when filling in the survey, and we’ll help them get set up to perform the free tests for you.

What does participation involve – do we need special equipment or training?

We provide all necessary materials, including sample kits, instructions, flyers to transport the samples and prepaid shipping labels. The only thing you need is a centrifuge to separate the plasma from IV blood (we supply the EDTA tubes). Your clinic collects the blood sample, runs it through the centrifuge, and ships it to our partner lab or to your own preferred lab. No training is required, but we’ll anyway guide you through the practicalities on an upcoming onboarding call.

How long does it take to receive results?

Once your sample reaches the lab, results are typically available within 5-7 business days. They’re provided in a clear, clinic-friendly format (PDF report) that’s easy to review with your clients. If using a local laboratory for your free tests, the timing depends on their process.

Is there any cost involved now or later?

No. The trial is entirely free of charge, with no hidden costs or future obligations. Please note that this offer is limited in quantity and available only to selected clinics, subject to approval.
